Will you become the Dutch champion of hanging jeans?
Posted on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 The first edition of the Dutch championship of nail hanging will be Sunday, July 8 organized by Klimbos Garderen. Have you mastered the technique of hanging jeans? Then take part and who knows, maybe you will soon be hanging from a pair of jeans at a height of 25 meters. The preliminaries take place at 'normal' height, but the finalists have to show their skills at a height of 25 meters.
With these extreme conditions, it remains to be seen whether these fanatics can hang on to the jeans again for so long. The one who keeps it up the longest may crown himself Dutch champion hanging on to the jeans and of course falls into the nice prizes.
The NK consists of 4 categories. So there is a boys and girls competition (13 to 16 years old), and a men's and women's competition (16 years and older). It is an open championship and so anyone can participate. Will you be climbing at Klimbos Garderen on July 8? Then participation is free. Between 12.00 and 17.00 hours the preliminaries are at 'normal' height, and at 17.00 hours the grand finale will take place at 25 meters height.
