Posted on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 Everyone is overcome by the heat and doing everything they can to find a little coolness. The Climbing forest in Garderen and the Climbing forest in Harderwijk treat their visitors to a little refreshment as well. Of course, lots of water is handed out to the fanatic climbers and thirsty dogs. But the instructors also have a new piece of equipment: a super soaker water pistol! Throughout the day, they spray the kids with water so they can start the next course refreshed and ready to go.
At the new climbing forest in Harderwijk they go one step further, here they have placed a pool under the Free Fall in addition to the water guns. This way everyone can make a free fall of 16 meters after which you land in the pool. A very nice way of refreshment so that the children can then enjoy the next climbing course. With a lot of enthusiastic reactions as a result.
Climbing in the shade of the trees and with these cooling measures, a nice day of climbing is not a crazy idea at all! Both climbing forests are open every day throughout the summer.
