Your role as Hospitality and Events Manager at Crown Secrets You are the lynchpin between hospitality and activity. You make sure everything is right: from the reception to the closing drinks or BBQ. You manage the team, take care of our activities from A to Z and are the face of Kroongeheim for our guests. You will be the point of contact for our Sales and Staff Planning departments. Your role as Hospitality and Events Manager at Kroongeheim You are the lynchpin between hospitality and activity. You ensure that everything is right: from the reception to the closing drinks or BBQ. You manage the team, take care of our activities from A to Z and are the face of Kroongeheim for our guests. You are the point of contact for our Sales and Staff Planning departments. What will you do? * Lead: you'll manage our team and make sure everyone gets the best out of themselves through training on the job and regular team meetings. * Rock that event! From small meetings to large company parties with activities and catering, you organize it together with your team and exceed the expectations of our guests through your personal attention! * Exude Hospitality: You make sure our venue always looks tiptop and our guests have an unforgettable experience. * Organizing like a pro: Preparation is your second nature, whether it's a day program with lunch or a smashing party night.
