Do you want to earn a nice little extra money or are you looking for vacation work? Are you handy on the computer and not afraid to answer the phone? Do you enjoy helping people to a fun activity on the Veluwe? Then this is the perfect job for you!

You do the initial reception of our phone line and decide if you can handle something quickly yourself or if you transfer the customer to our sales colleagues. You support the entire team, Annemieke, Denise, Annemiek & Marieke with light administrative work. After a short training period you are able to answer the most frequently asked questions of our different brands Veluwe Specialist, Klimbos Garderen, AdventurePark Harderwijk & Escape Tours.

We ask

You are enthusiastic in dealing with customers and colleagues
A minimum age of 17, study in hospitality, tourism or leisure is a plus.
You speak good Dutch and know a little English/and or German, enough to be able to connect a customer.
Living within a 30 km radius and no more than three quarters of an hour travel time.
